We're revamping our partner onboarding process to make it more efficient and comprehensive. As valued partners, we'd love your input on what worked well and what could be improved in your onboarding experience. Specifically, we're looking for feedback on the technical training, sales enablement materials, and the certification process. What resources were most valuable? What was missing?

As a Gold Partner who went through onboarding last quarter, I can share some valuable insights. The technical training was excellent, particularly the hands-on labs and sandbox environment. However, I think we could benefit from more real-world case studies during the sales enablement phase.
One suggestion would be to create a 'Partner Success Stories' section where we can share our own implementation experiences. This would help new partners understand different use cases and success patterns. Also, having access to the technical documentation earlier in the process would have helped us prepare better for the certification exam.

I agree with the previous comment about case studies. As a Silver Partner, we found the technical aspects well-covered, but the business development side could use more attention. Here's what I'd suggest:
1. Add a dedicated business planning workshop
2. Include ROI calculators and pricing strategies
3. Provide templates for joint marketing materials
4. Create a partner-to-partner networking program
The certification process itself was well-structured, but having more practice scenarios would have been helpful. Also, consider adding a 'Partner Mentor' program where experienced partners can guide new ones through the process.

From our experience as a Platinum Partner, I'd like to highlight the importance of the partner portal itself. The current onboarding process could be more integrated with the portal features. For example:
- Add progress tracking for certification requirements
- Include a knowledge base specifically for partners
- Create a partner directory with specialization filters
- Implement a system for sharing best practices
The technical training was comprehensive, but having access to recorded sessions would be valuable for reference. Also, consider adding specialized tracks for different partner types (resellers, system integrators, consultants).
